The Importance of Foundation SBCs in FC 26
Foundation Squad Building Challenges serve as a tutorial for the complex puzzles found later in the game cycle. By completing the Intro to SBCs, you learn how to balance high-rated fodder with lower-rated items to hit specific rating thresholds. This particular set focuses on OVR-based requirements, making it one of the most accessible challenges available. Since the requirements are low, it is the perfect opportunity to use untradeable bronze and silver cards that might otherwise sit unused in your club.
Rewards Analysis and Market Value
The total value of the rewards offered in this SBC significantly outweighs the cost of the players required to complete it. Currently, the estimated completion cost is roughly 4,800 on consoles and 4,750 on PC. In return, you receive a variety of packs including two Silver Packs, a Gold Pack, and a x2 Gold Players Pack. The final group reward is a Mixed Players Pack, which brings the total 0 to a level that guarantees a profit if you use players already in your club.
Tips for Efficient Completion
- Use untradeable players first to keep the liquid coin cost at zero.
- Focus on the OVR requirements; you don't need high chemistry for these specific early tasks.
- Check your club for duplicates that can be recycled into the Gold Players Pack segment.
- Complete the Silver Pack challenges first to potentially find players needed for the Gold segments.
