2x 83+ Upgrade SBC: Solution, Cost, and Score Requirements
Welcome to the ultimate guide for the newly released 2x 83+ Upgrade Squad Building Challenge in FC 27 Ultimate Team. This is an innovative score-based SBC, meaning you can forget about traditional squad formations, positions, and chemistry links.
How Score-Based SBCs Work
Unlike classic SBCs where you have to match precise rating requirements and chemistry thresholds, score-based challenges operate differently. You simply submit any player items from your club, and every player item carries a fixed grading score. The challenge is successfully completed once the combined grading score of all your submitted players hits the target requirement. For this specific challenge, you need to reach a total score requirement of 5500, and the challenge accepts players with a minimum OVR of 45.

Optimizing Your Cost and Submissions
When tackling score-based upgrades, the cheapest way to reach the required score is to look for players who offer the best value regarding their market price per grading score. Instead of blindly dumping high-rated fodder, evaluating low-to-mid tier cards with efficient grading points can save you substantial coins. Estimated market prices currently stand at 6,650 on consoles and 6,300 on PC, though prices fluctuate rapidly depending on supply and market demand.
