FC 27 5x 80+ Upgrade SBC: Solution, Score Requirements & Cost
Welcome to the latest Ultimate Team squad building challenge guide. The 5x 80+ Upgrade is a brand new score-based SBC available in FC 27. Offering fantastic pack rewards, this challenge tests your ability to recycle club items efficiently without dealing with traditional chemistry constraints.
Understanding Score-Based SBCs in FC 27
Unlike classic SBCs where you need to match specific formations, positions, and chemistry points, this score-based SBC works completely differently. There is no squad layout and no chemistry requirement whatsoever. Instead, every player item in your club holds a fixed grading score based on its rating and attributes. You simply submit unneeded player items from your club until your combined grading score meets or exceeds the total target requirement.

How to Find the Cheapest Solutions and Minimize Costs
Because you can submit any combination of eligible players, managing your club inventory strategically is key to keeping costs low. The most cost-effective way to reach the score target is to identify and submit players who offer the best value regarding their market price per grading score. Currently, estimated prices sit around 8,650 on consoles and 8,250 on PC, though you can heavily discount this by utilizing untradeable duplicates already sitting in your club.
